We have been working with companies and tackling problems associated with effective employee communication issues in the workplace for nearly 30 years. We have seen it all. Therefore, we decided to give employers a fast, easy, and effective solution to make an impact right away on disharmony in the workplace that results from problematic employee behavior. 2. How do I use this kit?
There are nine tip sheets in this kit. We suggest that you make them available to employees over a period of two to three weeks. Simply distribute and give a prize or award points for every employee reading each one. Each is filled with how-to, to-dos, don'ts, and practical ideas. The supervisor Flash files are copied to a CD once you download them from our emailed package. This CD is passed around to supervisors.
